For organizers who want QRTick to own entry scanning at the door: manned scanning and validation, priced by support blocks (up to 3 or 6 hours each). Each block represents a single, continuous shift (no split shifts/breaks). Two performances on the same day require separate blocks unless they can be covered in one continuous shift.

Queue Busting & Rapid Check-in (Add-on)

Rent up to two high-speed Bluetooth check-in scanners to accelerate ticket scanning queues at the gate. Can be paired with either Volunteer Coordination or Scanning Crew.

Accept credit and debit card payments for tickets at the gate. We provide physical card reader hardware (swipe/tap/chip) and a door sales POS app.

Gate card payments: 10% card processing fee on door transaction volume (quoted separately in addition to upfront hardware rental).

Gate Card Sales Hardware
Gate Card Reader $10,000 / day Required for selling tickets directly to debit and credit card holders at the door. Includes physical tap/swipe/chip hardware + POS app. (Requires 10% card processing fee on gate transaction volume, quoted separately).
Bluetooth Check-in Scanners $2,500 / scanner / day Wireless bluetooth scanners for faster check-in at the gate (up to 2 available).
Physical tickets
QR code physical ticket $55 / ticket Minimum order 100. Black & white paper with secure QR.
RFID tap ticket $140 / ticket Minimum order 100. Encoding included.
Ticket setup fee $10,000 Waived for Professional + any 3-block scanning bundle.
Finance
Standard payout Free 5–7 days post-event (all tiers).
Early payout 2.5% fee Professional + series partners.
Express payout 3.5% fee Same-day processing (subject to clearance).
Prepaid discount 5% off total When fees are paid upfront instead of deducted from sales.
