Event Add-ons Management
Configure and sell auxiliary products or services alongside standard tickets during the checkout process.
- What it does: Offer optional or mandatory items that attendees can add to their order before completing their purchase.
- How it works: You get access to an "Add-ons" configuration tab for your event series, and the add-ons become dynamically visible to buyers during checkout.

- Exclusive Merchandise: Pre-order limited edition event t-shirts, signed posters, or branded tote bags for priority pickup at the gate.

Physical Ticket Registration
Bridge the gap between digital ticketing and traditional pre-printed physical tickets.
- What it does: Register and track pre-printed physical tickets (with secure QR codes) by bulk-attributing them to specific events.
- Why it's useful: Ensures that pre-printed physical tickets are properly counted against the event's total inventory and can be successfully validated by scanners at the door, rather than relying solely on email delivery.
Creative Examples
- Promoter Distribution: Handing out physical tickets to local street team promoters to sell for cash, while still ensuring scanners validate them.
- VIP Mailers: Mailing high-quality, physical collector's edition tickets to VIPs ahead of the event that can be successfully scanned at the door.

For organizers who want QRTick to own entry scanning at the door: manned scanning and validation, priced by support blocks (up to 3 or 6 hours each). Each block represents a single, continuous shift (no split shifts/breaks). Two performances on the same day require separate blocks unless they can be covered in one continuous shift.
Rent up to two high-speed Bluetooth check-in scanners to accelerate ticket scanning queues at the gate. Can be paired with either Volunteer Coordination or Scanning Crew.
Accept credit and debit card payments for tickets at the gate. We provide physical card reader hardware (swipe/tap/chip) and a door sales POS app.
Gate card payments: 10% card processing fee on door transaction volume (quoted separately in addition to upfront hardware rental).
