Seating & Table Management
For banquets, galas, awards dinners and any seated event where the question isn't can they come in, it's where do they sit.
- What it does: Lay out your room as tables, assign every guest to a seat, hold blocks for sponsors and VIPs, and sell whole tables online as a single purchase.
- At the door: Scanning a ticket doesn't just say "valid" — it says Table 12. Your greeters stop hunting through a printed list.
- Chart support (optional): A QRTick seating specialist works with you remotely through the prep stage to build and maintain the chart as RSVPs churn, then hands you a final table manifest and place-card list.
What the seating specialist handles
- Sponsor & VIP blocks: Reserve whole tables for a title sponsor before general seating opens, and keep the head table protected.
- RSVP churn: The guest list moves for weeks. We absorb the re-shuffles — up to 3 revision rounds through to 48 hours before doors.
- Dietary & accessibility flags: Vegetarian, allergy and step-free needs captured against the seat, then handed to your caterer and venue.
- Final handover: Table manifest, place-card list and door-ready check-in mapping, delivered before you leave for the venue.

Event Add-ons Management
Configure and sell auxiliary products or services alongside standard tickets during the checkout process.
- What it does: Offer optional or mandatory items that attendees can add to their order before completing their purchase.
- How it works: You get access to an "Add-ons" configuration tab for your event series, and the add-ons become dynamically visible to buyers during checkout.

Physical Ticket Registration
Bridge the gap between digital ticketing and traditional pre-printed physical tickets.
- What it does: Register and track pre-printed physical tickets (with secure QR codes) by bulk-attributing them to specific events.
- Why it's useful: Ensures that pre-printed physical tickets are properly counted against the event's total inventory and can be successfully validated by scanners at the door, rather than relying solely on email delivery.
