How Sales Work
Event Listing

Purchase Process
- Supporter clicks your ticket link or finds your event on tickets.qrtick.com
- They select ticket type and quantity
- Enter their email address
- Complete payment
- Receive confirmation email with QR-coded tickets
Pro Tip: Each order gets a unique ID (e.g., "7630001ab") that helps track purchase details and quantity.

Checking In Attendees with the QRTick Scanner App (Android)
Our dedicated Scanner App (currently available for Android) provides a robust and reliable way to manage check-ins at your event, even without a stable internet connection.
Getting Started
- Secure Login: Log in with the email and password associated with your QRTick account.
- Event Selection: After login, you'll see a list of events you're authorized to scan for. Select the current event to begin. Event banner images are shown for easy identification.
Key Feature: Robust Offline Mode
One of the core strengths of the scanner app is its ability to function reliably offline:
- Data Sync: Before the event (while online), sync the event data. This downloads all ticket information (including validity status) to the device.
- Offline Scanning: Scan tickets seamlessly without an internet connection. The app validates tickets against the locally stored data.
- Local Storage: Check-ins performed while offline are securely saved on the device.
- Automatic Sync: When network connectivity returns, the app automatically syncs the offline check-ins with the server in the background.
- Offline Indicator: A clear visual indicator lets you know when the app is operating in offline mode.
- Manual Refresh: You can manually trigger a data re-sync when you regain connectivity if needed.
Real-time QR Code Scanning
- Fast Detection: Uses the device camera for quick QR code scanning.
- Optimized Scanning: Ignores small or distant QR codes to prevent accidental scans.
Instant Ticket Validation (Online & Offline)
Get immediate feedback on every scan:
- Checks Performed: Verifies ticket existence, event match, previous check-in status (locally, pending sync, or on the server), and invalid/refunded status.
- Clear Visual Feedback:
- ✅ Valid: Successful check-in.
- ⚠️ Already Checked In: Ticket previously used.
- 💳 Ticket Invalid (Refunded): Ticket has been marked as invalid.
- ❌ Wrong Event: Ticket is for a different event.
- ❌ Invalid Ticket: QR code is not recognized for this event.
- ❗ Error: System error during validation.
- Enhanced Feedback: Scan results feature color-coded backgrounds, relevant emojis, and haptic feedback (vibration) for successful scans.
Monitoring Progress
- Real-time Stats: The app displays live statistics for the selected event (Checked-in vs. Total Valid Tickets).
- Progress Bar: A visual progress bar shows the check-in completion percentage.

Promoting Your Ticket Page
We make it easy to share your ticket page with potential supporters:
- Use your custom direct link (e.g., tickets.qrtick.com/your-event-name)
- Or simply tell supporters to visit tickets.qrtick.com and search for your event
- Share your link directly through WhatsApp, email, or social media
- Your ticket page works perfectly on both mobile phones and computers
- Supporters can purchase multiple tickets in one transaction
