2. The Attendee Experience: Frictionless Delivery
We’ve removed the "Where is my ticket?" anxiety for your guests.
- Immediate Access: Upon a successful checkout, the attendee’s unique QR ticket is displayed immediately on their screen.
- Email Redundancy: A copy of the ticket is also delivered directly to their email inbox. They can screenshot the checkout page or pull up the email later—either way, they are ready for the gate.
- No Apps Required: By eliminating the need for a dedicated app download, you remove a major barrier to purchase and gate entry. As long as guests can access their email or a screenshot, they are ready for entry.

Need a professional team at the door? Depending on your team size requirements and the number of hours needed, we can provide trained staff to handle concierge scanning and entry management. If you're using our gate team, we will provide a QRTick team member to manage the gate operations.
"On the Spot" POS Service 6,000 JMD (up to half day) / 10,000 JMD (per day) + 10% per transaction
We provide a complete "On the Spot" POS service for your event-day sales. This can be operated by your own team, or we can provide one of our team members to manage it for you. We also provide secure card machines for credit/debit card transactions at the door.
Scanning Device Rental 2,500 JMD (per night) / 4,000 JMD (full day) per scanner
For high-volume gates, we offer hardware scanning devices for rent. These professional scanners are much faster than using a native phone camera, ensuring the quickest possible entry flow for your guests.
Setup & Management Service 10,000 JMD
Prefer a hands-off approach? We can fully set up and manage your digital dashboard, event, or season configuration for you.
Listed Event (Homepage Feature) 10,000 - 100,000 JMD/month
By default, your event is unlisted—it's live and fully functional, but only accessible via your direct link or QR code. This is ideal for private events or promoters who handle their own marketing.
Upgrade to a listed event to get featured on the QRTick homepage, giving your event prime visibility to our growing audience of ticket buyers. This premium placement can significantly boost your reach and sales.

Digital Programme Services 4,000 - 20,000 JMD

Physical QR Tickets 7,500 - 12,500 JMD (per 300)

- Premium Card Stock ($12,500 JMD): High-quality monochrome tickets with perforated stubs and sequential numbering.
Ticket Printing Add-ons 2,500 - 3,500 JMD
Additional fees applicable to physical ticket orders:
- Small Batch Premium ($2,500 JMD): Flat setup fee for card stock orders under 100 tickets.
- Express Rush Fee ($3,500 JMD): Flat fee for physical tickets required in under 48 hours.
